1. About Papildoma

Papildoma is an online marketplace platform that facilitates connections between students and independent tutors in Lithuania. Important:

• Papildoma is a technology platform — we do not provide tutoring services
• Tutoring services are provided solely by independent tutors
• Papildoma is not a party to any agreement between students and tutors
• We do not employ, control, or supervise tutors

2. User Eligibility

To use Papildoma you must:

• Be at least 14 years old (in compliance with Lithuanian GDPR implementation)
• If under 18, have parental or guardian awareness of your use of the platform
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. User Responsibilities

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform security measures
• Create multiple accounts
• Use automated tools to access the platform

4. Payments

Papildoma does not process, handle, or intermediate any payments. All payment arrangements for tutoring services are made directly between students and tutors. Papildoma is not responsible for any payment disputes between users. Tutors are responsible for their own tax obligations.

5. Cancellation & Booking Policy

Bookings can be managed through the platform:

• Either party may cancel a pending booking at any time
• Confirmed bookings should be cancelled with reasonable notice
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in account restrictions
• Tutors confirm bookings and provide lesson details

6. Intellectual Property

The Papildoma platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by or licensed to Papildoma. Users retain ownership of content they create (profiles, reviews, messages). By posting content on Papildoma, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Papildoma provides the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for: the quality of tutoring services, disputes between users, loss of data beyond our reasonable control, actions of third parties, or indirect/consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Papildoma (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Papildoma reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania. EU residents may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
